Shipping Policy

Items purchased usually ships within 3-5 business days from order date, provided that your payment has successfully been accepted. Shipping charges will be a flat rate of $5.00 per item shipped. Once the item is shipped you will receive an email with the shipping information and carrier as well as a tracking number.

Return Policy

If authorized, you will receive an RMA number (Return Authorization Number) for any SPECIAL CASE in which only an EXCHANGE will be issued. An RMA, if given must be received within 14 days from issue date or will not be accepted. If an item is defective contact us via email .  All returns will be shipped back to justdeals.com prepaid by the buyer. Once received the item will be replaced with the same item, or one of increased value. If no item is available, a refund will be made to the buyer via their payment method.
