Shipping Policy
Most Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5 business days. It gives us a little wiggle room. Shipping charges will be a flat rate of $5.00 per item shipped. Once the item is shipped you will receive an email with the shipping information and carrier as well as a tracking number.
Return Policy
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL
We do not accept returns for refunds, but you may return the item if
defective for exchange or store credit only within 21 days of delivery (Buyer
pays return shipping costs). After 21 days factory warranty will take place and any defect has to be reported to manufacturer and/ or warranty provider. If the defective item is out of stock the money will be refunded to the customer or replaced with a similar item.
Dead on arrival (visually broken in the box or package) items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
We are a deal of the day website offering our customers the lowest pricing in the market. Since our profit margins are razor thin, we are unable to offer refunds.
If you have purchased an item from our website that is not defective – For example, the item was purchased by mistake, not what you expected, or not electronically compatible with the system you are using - We will not be able to provide refunds on these items. We respectfully suggest you try to sell the item on eBay or other market places where you may be able to resell at a higher price.
How to report and return a defective item:
1) Please click on the ReturnEasy logo below.
2) Where it asks for item number – Please use your order number (only use numbers as our system does not accept letters in this section.) Example: Order number JD-007372 ==> Enter 7372. This takes you to the Return Form.
3) Fill out the return form and click submit at the bottom of the page.
We will review your return request and once it is approved we will email you a RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) and the address to send the item back.
Please make sure to send the product back in the packaging it was sent in or repackage, to prevent further damage to the product. We suggest you to ship the item with a tracking number as proof of it being shipped.
As soon as we receive the item you will be contacted and your return will be processed.
