Shipping Policy
Most Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5 business days. It gives us a little wiggle room. Shipping charges will be a flat rate of $5.00 per item shipped. Once the item is shipped you will receive an email with the shipping information and carrier as well as a tracking number.
Return Policy
You must return the product within 21 days of delivery for a refund. After 21 days the warranty takes effect and you may only return for replacement either with us or the manufacturer (whoever holds the warranty). If the defective item is out of stock the money will be refunded to you. Below are the instructions for filling out the return form.
Defective items must be reported within 7 days to receive a prepaid shipping label. A prepaid label will be sent to you via email from us or UPS. If the item is not defective the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please email us at cs@justdeals.com and we will get you the label
Dead on arrival (visually broken in the box or package) items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
We are a deal of the day website offering our customers the lowest pricing in the market. Since our profit margins are razor thin, we are unable to offer refunds.
If you have purchased an item from our website that is not defective – For example, the item was purchased by mistake, not what you expected, or not electronically compatible with the system you are using - We will not be able to provide refunds on these items. We respectfully suggest you try to sell the item on eBay or other market places where you may be able to resell at a higher price.
How to report and return a defective item:

- Please fill in the appropriate information - you will be asked to provide a item code. this code can be found on the invoice you received with your merchandise.
Please make sure to send the product back in the packaging it was sent in or repackage, to prevent further damage to the product. We suggest you to ship the item with a tracking number as proof of it being shipped.
As soon as we receive the item you will be contacted and your return will be processed.
